Each one has an introductory section here, where you’ll find basic information including whether DNA is on file, known casein alleles and G6S status, the reason we retained her and perhaps her first intended breeding. Mature does are shown in order of age on their own page, and receive detail pages once they near the end of their first lactation with us. Boss Ranch Betty

We purchased Betty as a dry yearling in March of 2026. She’s a bit wild and doesn’t like people, but man is she striking. We really hope that freshening calms her down a bit, as we’d like to hold onto her long enough to get several daughters. She’s bred to freshen for the first time in November of 2026.

Kansas Bluestem Divine Design
When we hosted a buck collection in the fall of 2024, Desi’s sire, Food4Thought Divinity, was present. His breeder/owner, Brandy Rigg of Food4Thought Dairy Goats offered us the opportunity to use him at stud, and we jumped on the opportunity. Divinity’s dam, Food4Thought E’Clair, was a beautiful doe with a very productive and well formed mammary system. We’d been on E’Clair’s waitlist for a while but never given the opportunity to purchase a kid before her passing… so getting a chance to use her son in our herd was exciting. Desi’s dam is Camelot Cattle Co Mandisa, and is the only doe we had in strong standing heat that day. I think the cross worked out beautifully, giving us a very stylish and angular daughter. We’re already anticipating the mammary system she has at maturity!

Kitkats Parade Mochaccino
MoMo is a favoite of Kathryn, because of her sweet nature. From the vey beginning, Momo has been willing to do just about anything for Kathryn, expect pose pretty for pictures. Momo has a nice dairy frame, with good length of bone and strong feet and legs. She’s going to need a bit of time to grow into herself, but we are confident she’ll be a nicely put together doe at maturity.

Pure Living Water FreeAndEasy
Easy and her twin sister, Fire, were impulse purchases when they were a week old and advertised at a steal of a deal. Their sire, Silverfire Dierks Bently, is paternal grandson of Caprinoroyale Freesia and a son of Silverfire Challenge Me. Challenge Me has a beautiful udder, and we’ve recently added semen to our collection on another Caprinoroyale Freesia son. Their dam, Tule Creek RockBeMine 4U, is a daughter of Jacobs Pride No Mistake Made4U. Maid4U is the sire of our former buck Zoa Playin Stubborn Just4U. These sisters fit right in with our current herd, and are connected to lines we intend to bring in via AI, so we naturally jumped on the good deal when they were posted well below traditional market value, even though we really didn’t need any additional 2025 keeper doe kids.
Easy is wider than her sister, Fire. She has a rump structure that caught my eye from the very beginning and I’ve enjoyed watching her grow. Being a May kid, she didn’t hit the show ring in 2025, and was bred to kid in November of 2026.

Fire has the personality of a lost puppy. She loves attention and must always be with something else… person, cat, dog or goat. Her overall general appearance is fantastic, and while Easy has her beat in width, Fire is the better looking doe at the moment. Panaceas Ember Sky

Ember is an addition to Kathryn’s show string from Levi and Don Campbell. The Panacea herd is well known for the quality of their breeding program in Lamanchas and Alpines, along with the occasional Experimental or Sannen. When we saw that they had Nubians for sale, we did not hesitate. Ember has a very correct shoulder and front leg placement, and excellent width throughout. Overall, she could use a little more length along her topline. We’re very excited to see her freshen in Spring of 2027, expecting a very capacious and well attached mammary system.
We have plans to breed Ember to Engylskye CME Ultimate Fanatic for a March kid. First doeling will be retained. We will take a reservation on second doeling and a waitlist for bucklings from this cross. Bucklings will not be sold as herdsire prospects until we determine if Ember has met our standards.

Kansas Bluestem Playful Esther

Esther is the daughter of Eden and granddaughter of Ethel. She a spunky little thing with a lot of attitude. The cross of the beefy Ethel line to the strength of the Goddard line behind Pistol Pete produced a daughter who stays fat on air, with great strength, width and length. We’re really excited to see Esther mature and hope she gets to see the show ring, despite having a fall birthday.

Kansas Bluestem Kaua'i Makana

Makana is one of our favorite 2026 kids. She’s angular and dairy and just moves with a grace that’s different than the other doelings. Makana is out of The Hosman Farm Maui Souvenir, and sired by Souvenir’s paternal brother, Kansas Bluestem Kalua Pua’a. We know this is a tight inbreeding, but we wanted to see what kind of quality these genetics really carry. Souvenir was one of our highest component producers, averaging almost a full percentage more butterfat and protein in her milk than the rest of the herd. We hope that Makana has that trait as well, and intend to cross her back into some of our lower component, but high production lines. Right now, we’re unsure which buck we will breed Makana to for her yearling freshening. It is unlikely we will retain a doeling, but we will be quite tempted to do so.

Kitkats Parade Sprinkles

Sprinkles is a long awaited daughter from Kathryn’s showmanship doe, Glitter. She is sired by Food4Thought MardiGras Flasher. We selected Flasher to add length to Glitter’s frame, and boy did he deliver. This doe exudes dairyness as she struts around a ring. Sprinkles could improve in her strength of topline, and we are watching to see how she develops in her mammary system. Its our hope that Sprinkle’s teats will be more “user friendly” for hand-milking that her dam’s. We are undecided whether we will freshen Sprinkles as a yearling or not. Kathryn keeps one retained doeling dry each year, and she has not decided which one of her keepers it will be this year.

Kansas Bluestem Fiery Magpie

Magpie is a very special girl, being the first daughter of Camelot Cattle Co Harley Quinn born to our farm. She is sired by Kansas Bluestem MGF Inferno, son of Camelot Cattle Co Cinder. Harley Quinn was the #10 doe in volume for 2021 in the DHIR program. We believe that Cinder would have achieved a similar milestone had we not lost her in a barn accident at three years old. Inferno’s sire in Food4Thought MardiGras Flasher, a buck that adds length and dairyness to his offspring. It looks like Inferno has handed down that dairyness to Magpie, although she doesn’t seem to have inherited any length. Magpie will be a yearling frehsener in 2026, bred to Kansas Bluestem PP Orion’s Eye. Reservations for first and second doeling on this breeding will open up once the pregnancy has been confirmed.

Kansas Bluestem Unchecked Sass

Sassy is an AI daughter of SGCH ++*B Lakeshore Full Throttle. We are so excited to have her and her paternal sister, Kitkats Unchecked Espresso in our herd. Sassy lives up to herd name in the show ring, constantly trying to roll her head or jump… but that hasn’t stopped her from placing well as an intermediate kid. Her dam, Camelot Cattle Co Karisma, is a strong producer with nice general appearance (don’t let the FF LA score fool you there- Karisma had only lived with us five days prior to appraisal and the move hit her hard). We also really appreciate Karisma’s demeanor on the milk stand and in the herd, and it appears Sassy is taking after her dam, there.
Sassy’s AI sire is said to be a “beautiful buck, with tremendous stature, power and substance.” We’re seeing that power come through in Sassy, as she stand much wider than her dam. We hope to have the mammary system quality of his dam line brought to Sassy as well to improve the teat shape and foreudder over her dam, Karisma.
We expect to breed Sassy to kid in late spring of 2027 but will make that decision at a later time, depending on how she grows through the fall.

Kansas Bluestem Playful Melody

Melody is an exciting cross of our Goddard foundation with our Camelot Cattle Co foundation. She is the granddaughter of Goddard Farm Sphinx, who is dam to our amazing Stella. The uphill stature and substance of bone from the Goddard lineage is evident. Melody is the daughter of Camelot Cattle Co Mandisa, and maternal sister to Kansas Bluestem True Beauty4U and Kansas Bluestem Divine Design. Both her maternal sisters are eye catching does in our herd and we expect nothing less of Melody as she grows.
It is our hope that Melody is a powerhouse producer with a beautiful udder. We have big plans to continue crossing these two foundation lines in our herd, so can’t wait to see how she matures. Melody will be bred to freshen in April of 2027 and for now, we’ve decided to cross her with Camelot Cattle Co Thidwick. Kitkats Unchecked Espresso

Soso is our second daughter of SGCH ++*B Lakeshore Full Throttle, and maternal sister to Kitkats Parade Mochaccino. We absolutely love her dam’s, RDR NE Coffee Bean’s, udder shape and teat placement. Overall, Coffee is a small doe, and we hoped that crossing her with Full Throttle would increase frame size and udder capacity. Right now, Soso is tall, but not as strong or substantial as her paternal sister Sassy.
We hope to breed Soso to kid in late spring in 2027, but will make that decision at a later date depending on her fall growth.

Kansas Bluestem Playful Dancer

Dancer is a mini-me of her dam, Cozy Meadow Prima Ballarina. Her dam is out of Goddard Farm Pirouette, who is a Goddard Farm Blushing Penny granddaughter. Dancer’s sire is Kansas Bluestem Pistol Pete, who is out of Goddard Farm Sphinx, a Goddard Farm Raspberry granddaughter. Raspberry and Blushing Penny are maternal siblings… and both were amazing producers, each making the Top Ten list at least once during their milking tenures.
We have extremely high hopes for Dancer’s production, with all the high producers of Goddard Farm in her pedigree but with a relatively low degree of inbreeding overall. She should also end up tall and upstanding, as her sire and paternal sisters are trending that direction. It seems like we say we’re very excited or have very high hopes to all the doelings… and its true… but it’s especially true for this one.

Kansas Bluestem Clever Bonfire

Bonnie is our only retained daughter of Camelot Cattle Co Thidwick this year. She is so wide and strong, compared to others her age. We regretfully lost her paternal half sister, Nevah, to pneumonia, so we’re keeping a close eye on this little one. Bonnie should have amazing udder genetics, being linebred on Camelot Cattle Co Oliver Wood. We expect a socked on, globular and productive udder… time will tell.
Bonnie has been a bit shy as a doeling. She is not one to demand attention like Na-ah or Makana. She’s coming around, slowly, but is definitely showing to be a less affectionate personality who is easily stressed. As a result, that may keep her out of the show ring, but we know she’ll be a performer in the milkroom.

Kansas Bluestem Kaua'i Na'auao

Na-ah is the latest spring 2026 doe kid that we retained but she’s not the smallest. This doeling is a beast… taping at about 80 pounds at only three and a half months old. She has incredible strength of frame and we’re just awed by her every time we see her move. We hope that she has the soft and supple dairy skin and extended forudder of her dam, Kansas Bluestem JustAnEpiphany, with the added udder height and arch genetics of her sire, “Pig.”
Na-ah will possibly be bred to kid at 12 months old. We’d like to see how she looks before making that decision, even though she’s already almost reached an appropriate breeding weight. Her first breeding will be to Englyskye CME Ultimate Fanatic, when she’s ready, and first doeling will be retained.
